 Before joining Almenra, Marc served as a Partner at Chorus Advisor, his own Search Firm, in Brussels, Belgium.

 Prior to that role, he spent four years as a Recruitment Consultant with Robert Walters Associates, gaining valuable experience in both Brussels and London.

 His early career saw him in the role of Marketing Executive for Alexander Proudfoot in West Palm Beach, Florida, USA.
